I read this verse in a children’s book and I let it guide me in all that I do. From work, to this newsletter, to my videos, and interactions with those around me.

Whacky Stuff regarding food

Maybe you have seen this before but I would take a close look if I were you. This is from Harvard. That institution has fallen. It has taken so many donations and endowments from corporations pushing ESG that it is just a giant propaganda machine. I mean just look at the “healthy oils” section.

I find this pyramid to be silly as there is readily available information on the following:

• negative effects of seed oils

• Canola isn't food

• Margarine is terrible for you

• Red meat should not be associated with sugary drinks. They are Polar Opposites when it comes to food…

Where I find Inspiration

Dr.Shawn Baker is a constant source of inspiration for me. Fitness, business, humor, and above all else, a big brain. He is a proponent of elimination diets specifically carnivore and how it can change people's lives and get them off medication, help them lose weight, and improve their quality of life.

He has made multiple appearances on JRE.

He also has a few videos talking about red meat and cancer. Below is a short one that talks about how carnivore can improve on things that do cause cancer, like obesity.

Breast milk vs formula

My opinion based off research for my own children is:

Formula is an absolute last resort for us. Doc below does good job explaining why breast milk is superior.

Covid Jab Booster not working

While listening to Vinay, he had another interesting video about how boosters that are being pushed upon the population aren’t working.
