As we know people are addicted to their screens and technology. This addiction is leading to incredibly low levels of human interaction. As my psychology teacher used to say “we are social creatures” and the feelings we get from interacting with friends and family are crucial for fulfilling the human experience.
It's especially important to have interactions with the opposite sex.
This is where it starts to get weird…
In the old days, I'm talking a decade ago, lonely men would find a phone line they could call to chat with girls. Then the internet came along and they could video chat with them too.
In 2023? Apparently, people are just talking to robots now…
Insider spoke with several Replika users who view the bot as a romantic partner. Some have said Replika helped them through tough times, and they feel strong emotions toward the bot.

It makes me SICK TO MY STOMACH to think about someone I care about chatting with a bot in order to manifest the resemblance of love, compassion, and empathy.

My Take: Abolish this Ai Companion Bullshit. Men need to be pursuing women and creating meaningful relationships to build families.

Natality AKA Birth Rate is Dropping like a Stone Globally - Leading to the Breakdown of Globalization as We Know It
Birthrate is dropping across the globe. As become more industrialized and urbanized you'll find more people moving away from traditional occupations like agriculture and moving into cities where they are doing white-collar jobs.
This lowers the necessity for kids aka free labor.
Go from being a helping hand to an expensive hobby. With less young people entering the workforce every day and an aging population, the systems and infrastructure put in place in order to not only create but also consume goods and services will lack people to run them.
Economies will not only shrink, but collapse as the aging population no longer sustains itself. At least that's my understanding from reading Peter Zeihan's book.
